Hello and Welcome. I'm a certified trauma therapist with over 27 years of experience helping people just like you reclaim a sense of calm, control and confidence after trauma in their lives. You will be received in a supportive and non-judgmental way while you pursue your course of therapy.
I specialize in trauma-focused care, anxiety and depression and use evidence-based approaches that are recognized as the gold standard for therapy. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change is possible.
I am trained in EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Depression and Mood Disorders. I am also trained in and integrate strategies from other approaches and tailor care to each individual's unique needs and style.
I am also a Clinical Supervisor registered with the NSCCT and supervise new therapists as they step in to their careers.
