I support your healing using relational and trauma-informed approaches to develop self-compassion, recognize and manage distorted thinking, and identify underlying emotions (anger, anxiety, distrust) that impact your relationships with yourself and others.
Trauma often leads to interruptions, miscommunication, disconnection or misaligned connections. However, healing is possible. Here are two things to consider: 1) Healing starts within, and 2) healing takes time. I use a compassionate approach to encourage and remind you to be gentle while rebuilding relationships with yourself and others.
