English
| 中文 Hello and welcome to my page! As a first-generation immigrant woman, I provide therapy sessions in English, Mandarin or Cantonese, with a culturally sensitive, intersectional, and humanistic approach. I have deep care and understanding, because of my own journey of living, studying, and working abroad alone for the last decade, for the need to have a safe space to explore all of the unique challenges and nuances of your experiences. I get it, it can feel scary, lonely, isolating, and tiring to fight alone, but I believe this can also be the birthplace of resilience, fun, and opportunity to create the life you love living in.
One of my passions lies in supporting those through challenging relationships. My goal is to help you work through relationship injuries and rebuild your sense of self so that you feel grounded, comfortable, and confident in your own skin, and so that you can find relationships that align with the kind of love and care you want to receive and give.
I believe we are all wired for connection, and that’s why we get hurt, but also how we heal. I do come into this work with my own story of trauma and healing, which brings empathy and understanding to our sessions. It'll be my honour to support you through the journey of growth and healing, hope to see you soon!
