Hello There! My ideal client is someone who is someone who is committed to their personal journey. Someone that may not know what they want or need out of therapy but are willing and open to exploring and figuring it out together. I work with children as the majority of my clients ages (10+) on a variety of issues they may face. Including self-esteem, boundary setting, emotional regulation and more. I also enjoy working with teens and young adults, navigating life changes and on a journey to uncover more about themselves. My therapy room is laid back, zero expectations and zero judgments here, come as you are!
I offer guidance, a safe, non-judgemental space where anyone is free to share, laugh, cry, rant, or whatever you choose during their time in session. I have a collaborative and holistic approach, where we may practice new skills, talk out issues, and identify strengths and weaknesses together.
