I work primarily with LGBTQIA2S+ folks, neurodivergent people, and those navigating the impacts of trauma, grief, shame, burnout, and experiences of oppression, along with identity exploration and relationships. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from masking and carrying so much alone. Together, we can create a compassionate and collaborative space to explore emotions, patterns, relationships, and nervous system responses, helping you reconnect with yourself with greater clarity, care, and belonging.
I offer trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and relational counselling grounded in curiosity, compassion, and collaboration. My work supports LGBTQIA2S+, neurodivergent, and/or parent clients in exploring emotions, identity, trauma, relationships, and nervous system patterns at a pace that feels supportive and affirming.
Starting counselling can feel vulnerable, especially if you have spent a long time feeling unseen, overwhelmed, or like you have had to hold everything on your own.
