I have experience working with a variety of client challenges, including relationships (e.g. family conflict, polyamory/open, infidelity, sexuality, sex and intimacy concerns, & attachment patterns), trauma, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, life purpose, and transition. I have specialized experience in suicide bereavement, and my predominant areas of practice include grief, attachment, and trauma. My training in somatic attachment is rooted in rewiring the patterning of our interpersonal relationships, which directly impacts how we emotionally process and behave within these relationships.
I work from several therapeutic approaches, including Sex Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for individual & couples, Sensorimotor therapy, NLP, EMDR, IFS, Somatic Attachment, & Inherited Family Trauma, for resolution of trauma and past relational wounds. I am also trained in family conflict and mediation, somatic breathwork, & am a Reiki master.
