I weave together my many years of experience in mental health care with Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems/parts work, nature-based practices, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, attachment theory, polyvagal theory and general fun facts about the nervous system. I offer a compassionate space to land, talk things out and feel heard, learn practical tools and skills, feel more regulated, empowered and connected to yourself and others, explore your body, create new patterns, develop self-awareness, and get unstuck. You can expect to feel attuned to, validated, and met with zero judgment and a whole lot of empathy.

I support individuals with anxiety, depression, freeze response, shame, anger, low self-worth, stuckness, eating disorders/body image challenges, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, relational trauma & insecure attachment, relationship anxiety, PMS/PMDD, trauma & PTSD, grief, loss and life transitions, relationship challenges, and high sensitivity (HSP's).
