I weave together my experiences in mental health care with Somatic Experiencing (with optional hands-on touch work), Internal Family Systems/parts work, nature-based therapy, attachment theory, polyvagal theory and general fun facts about the nervous system. I offer a compassionate space to land, talk things out and feel heard, learn practical tools and skills, feel more regulated, empowered and connected to yourself and others, create new patterns in life, deepen self-awareness, and get unstuck. You can expect to feel attuned to, validated, and met with zero judgment and a whole lot of empathy.

I support individuals to feel less stuck in old patterns, more regulated and able to navigate their emotions. My specialties include highly sensitive persons (HSP's), eating disorders/body image concerns, grief & life transitions, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, insecure attachment, anxiety and depression, PMS/PMDD, trauma/PTSD, and relationship challenges.

I am relational, warm, sensitive and an adventurer at heart; all of which I bring to therapy. I am here to support you!
