As a counsellor, I look to come alongside individuals while they navigate difficult situations, process intense emotions, or assist them in making a change in their life. In my work as a counsellor, I believe in helping individuals discover their own strengths in even their weakest moments. I will provide unconditional positive regard, support and empathy to individuals who may be struggling with life stressors, anxiety, depression, amongst many other concerns. I view all individuals as capable of overcoming obstacles and seek to support them in discovering their inner resources and resiliency.

In my practice, I utilize an integrated approach of evidence-based modalities with the intention of meeting clients where they are at in their counselling journey. I view the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for any progress and change. Therefore, I prioritize providing a safe space full of empathy and respect for my clients in every session.
Finding the right counsellor may seem daunting especially when going through a challenging situation or time in your life. I welcome interested clients to contact me to set up a free 15-minute phone call to determine if I am the right fit for you!
