I am passionate about supporting individuals in a welcoming therapeutic setting and enjoy working with clients of all ages. I believe in establishing a relationship with clients built on trust and genuine care, and I tailor my approach to meet the client’s needs and goals. I see it as a privilege to get to know my clients as authentic individuals and to bear witness to their inspiring stories.
Counselling can provide an opportunity to work together to implement change, learn new skills to cope, decrease suffering, and increase self-compassion, well-being, and joy. I integrate a variety of evidence-based approaches, including emotion focused therapy, mindfulness, and narrative therapy.
My approach to counselling is one of deep empathy and compassion, trauma-informed care, and strengths-based person-centred support. My goal is for you to feel accompanied, empowered, and strongly supported throughout the therapeutic process.
