I work with individuals, couples and parents/parents-to-be. I approach therapy with sensitivity and compassion, providing a non-judgmental space for you to share your story, learn more about yourself, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface. We can work together to help you understand where you’re getting stuck, and find ways to move forward towards change, healing and growth. My approach places emphasis on identifying, exploring and understanding your emotions – leading to greater emotional awareness, self-understanding, and an increased ability to manage anxiety, stress, and whatever comes your way in life.
I integrate attachment science in my practice; exploring attachment patterns and dynamics can help you gain insight into how these impact your relationships, and help you to foster a healthier connection with yourself and those around you.
To support couples and new parents, I use evidence-based therapies that emphasize enhancing emotional connection, improving communication, working through conflict, and increasing respect and appreciation between partners.

Bringing Baby Home - Pregnancy & Parenting Course
"Bringing Baby Home" is a research-based course to help new and prospective parents make the transition to parenthood more smoothly. Couples will learn about: maintaining relationship satisfaction after having a baby, improving communication skills, navigating conflict, maintaining connection between partners, and promoting positive parent-baby interactions. This course is offered through couples counselling sessions in-person or virtually. This course is relevant and welcoming to couples of all genders + sexual orientations.
