About
Symptoms of anxiety, depression, loss, grief, big life changes, burn-out and mood disorders can be relieved greatly through emotional exploration, mindfulness techniques, and self-compassion. My approach is based on the belief that a deeper understanding of ‘self’ ultimately instills a stronger sense of peace and health in our day to day lives. Honing our natural ability to self-regulate and heal often begins with naming our struggles and traumas in the presence of a supportive other. From here we gain greater clarity on how to take care of ourselves, create boundaries and self-care patterns that instigate lasting change.
Being trained in Relational Psychotherapy, I offer a lens that views our emotional terrain, needs, attachment styles and struggles as being rooted in relational experiences. We will work to unpack the complexities of these experiences while identifying root causes. With emotional exploration, psycho-education, and mindfulness we will map your healing path.
I strive to provide an empathic, nurturing and expansive relationship that brings compassion and mindfulness to your experiences. Together we will co-create self-awareness and coping strategies that will support tending to yourself with greater care, bringing the change and growth you need for healing.
