About
Counselling is an opportunity for individuals to gain personal insight and use coping strategies to work through challenging circumstances. Research indicates that important changes can be made during the counselling process with the commitment of both the client and counsellor and an effective therapeutic relationship. Specialized Support for: ◦Stress Management ◦Relationship Challenges ◦Mental Health and Addictions ◦Grief and Loss ◦Life Transitions
The goal of counselling is to have an ally to help tackle some of the challenges in a way that works for you. As the counsellor, my role in the process is to assist you in implementing strategies and tools to develop a better understanding as to how you think-feel-respond in certain situations and give you the skills and confidence to address the issues.
