I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor, a Clinical Traumatologist and a Level II AEDP therapist. AEDP stands for Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy. Through a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship, I work with adults and youth to understand the internal experiences and cultivate pathways to healing, transformation and increased quality of life
Traumatic experiences can incapacitate us and lead to depression, anxiety/ panic, diminished self-esteem, and a loss of connection with our authentic beings.
