Welcome. Most people who seek services with me are here because they are longing to better understand, connect with and support their loved ones, or themselves. I am always inspired by the capacity people have to love each other despite the pain and frustration that life can bring. As a certified Emotionally Focused therapist, I work with you as a facilitator for change. Together we will look for negative patterns that keep you stuck and help you re-establish patterns that allow you to move forward in your most important relationships and in healing for yourself.
I am thankful to have many years of experience working with neurodiverse populations in community programming, schools and in government agencies. My background in formal cognitive and educational assessment provides a solid foundation to help a variety of people to better understand and connect to themselves and their loved ones.
I understand that is it is difficult to figure out what service will be the right fit when you, your child, or other loved ones struggle with mental health issues. I am glad to offer a 15 minute call to answer further questions you might have about booking a session with me.
