With almost 25 years of experience working with people to achieve their mental health goals, I believe that every person has the ability to heal from past and current pain. I am Certified Clinical Trauma Professional-Level 2 and a Certified Women's Mental Health Specialist. I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing: trauma, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, addiction, relationship issues, life transitions and stress management. I offer an integrative and tailored approach that meets each person's individual needs.
I offer individual therapy for those 18 years of age and older using a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR.
