I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. I offer guidance on the healing process and will provide support as you foster change in your life. It is my calling to help transition from a life of suffering to a life of well-being. It can be achieved when we are determined. I offer mini courses on Anger Education and Skills, Sobriety Courses, and many more.

I bring my own success story of breaking out of a cocoon of pain. I am a firm believer that we were never created to live depressed, defeated, ashamed, or unworthy. The main counselling modality I use is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, (DBT). DBT combines cognitive and behavior therapies to provide people with positive and healthy mechanisms to handle painful emotions. Homework is a beneficial part of DBT.The homework is always about you to help you get to know yourself better and so that you can identify what your options are to live with increased well-being.
