I have been a registered psychotherapist since 2016, in Ontario, and have taken many courses and trainings in trauma-informed therapy, couples and family therapy, and child and adolescent therapy, with a special interest in Solution Focused Brief Therapy.

The majority of my clients are going through tough times in their relationships and often have been subject to abuse from partners who have narcissistic tendencies. I can relate to this on a personal level and feel that it helps me tune into a client's experiences and find hope for the future.

I mainly use Solution Focused Brief Therapy, which focuses on what your best hopes are for the future, but we certainly do talk about all sorts of things, including the past if you feel the need. Clients often find this method light-hearted and hopeful, uplifting and creates a motivation in clients to make changes for the better. It's a beautiful thing to experience.
