I am a licensed therapist specializing in C-PTSD/PTSD, Addictions and Recovery, families and partners affected by a loved one's substance abuse. As well as couples navigating ENM. My therapeutic approach is client centred and science based with complex psycho-education that I translate to be easily understood. I fundamentally believe we all want to know WHY we do what we do to make our lives difficult. WHAT happened to us to make life hard and HOW we get back to a state of peace. Almost every interaction we have is influenced by habits and belief systems that have been ingrained in us from the time we were little kids.

We will take an in-depth look into your family’s belief systems and trans-generational traumas (what was passed on to you) as well as intergenerational transmission (what you are passing on to others). We will determine what landed on you and how to initiate repair. With curiosity and compassion, we'll explore where these beliefs and defenses came from.

My intention is to help you find hope when you don’t think there is any. To stand tall when you feel you can’t take another step. To help you ignite the courage to rebuild your life if you are feeling lost and broken. My space with you is safe and non-judgmental. A place where your innocence is seen and your true self is discovered. Where 'bliss' is found.

I lean towards an Eclectic approach to therapy. Although I am trained in Transpersonal Psychology (integration of spirit), I find the best bits out of many and I work with those fairly consistently. IFS/Parts Work is probably my most used approach as the speed at which healing can occur is amazing. I am a believer that we are not all the same and what might work for one may not work for another.
