Hello, I’m Kathryn Jacobsen, a Master Therapeutic Counsellor, Certified Hypnotherapist and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (Intermediate level). I understand how you can feel lost, lonely and disconnected. I empathize with the pain and struggle those feelings can bring. I know life can sometimes feel disempowering and overwhelming. I have experienced life’s challenges as a woman, a wife, a daughter and a mother. Through my own journey in life, and extensive training, I have become passionate and dedicated to helping you claim who you truly are, in your own way and at your own pace.
Using the latest techniques in therapy, mindfulness and meditation, I work effectively and lovingly with you. I create a warm, safe and inviting space for you to be and to share. My relationship with you is my number one priority, setting clear and healthy boundaries for us to work in the most peaceful and supportive ways.
