I work with folx who are in the middle of those moments, and I welcome you to explore what working together might look like with someone who deeply respects your lived experience.

I draw on a number of modalities in collaboration with you. In practice, that means we might explore the stories you've been handed about who you should be— and find new ways of relating to them. We might slow down and listen to what your body's holding, or get curious about the inner voices that push & pull you. I don't follow a rigid script; I follow you.

I also bring anti-oppressive and decolonial values to this work. That means I take seriously how systems (racism, sexism, classism, etc.) shape the pressures you carry, and I'm not interested in helping you adjust to conditions that don’t help you thrive. Therapy is not about fixing you, but making space for the full complexity of who you are.
