I work with adults and teens who are carrying the impact of trauma, abuse, grief, health changes, caregiving stress, or painful life experiences. You may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. My clients are often looking for a steady, compassionate space where they can feel understood, begin to make sense of what they are carrying, and take meaningful steps toward healing and greater emotional well-being.
With over 25 years of clinical experience, I specialize in supporting people through trauma, abuse, grief and loss, health-related stress, and caregiver strain. With advanced training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy, I help clients gently explore emotions, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with themselves and the people who matter most.
