I am passionate about helping people uncover their resilience, strengthen their self-confidence and self-worth, and become more assertive. You are the expert of your life, and together we will work collaboratively to uncover unhelpful thinking patterns and create new ways of looking at your concerns to create positive change.
I provide virtual therapy to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, relationship issues, stress management, and low self-esteem and lack of confidence. I use evidence-based approaches rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Focused and Trauma Informed Care, and Strength Based and Resilience approach.
Therapy provides a space for reflection, exploration and new ways to move forward. My goal for our sessions is for you to feel safe, supported, empowered. I would love to hear from you and see if we would be a good fit. I welcome individuals from the LGBTQIA+ community, racialized communities, and anyone that sees themselves as other.
