I take an eclectic, multi-modal approach to therapy, assisting you in dealing with transitional issues in your life. When experiencing life changes, I will walk alongside you through the restorative process and shine light where it is needed, as you explore your feelings and adapt to the changes taking place in your life.
My primary approach is client-centred talk therapy. In addition I utilize techniques drawn from Gestalt and Behavioural approaches and other disciplines that can be used as needed to help you to explore and express your innner feelings.
I have a Diploma of Professional Counselling from VCCT, a BA (Psych) from Antioch University and a MA (psych) from American Public University.. I have completed training in Gestalt Therapy and courses in Crisis and Suicide Intervention.
