I work with all ages, although I have a special interest working with children 0-10 and parents. I also have interest in working with pre and postpartum mothers. I have 13+ years of experience working with children/adolescents/families. I have experience working with the following: Anxiety, Depression, Self-harm, Trauma, Life transitions, Relationship issues (peer or family), Behaviour difficulties, ADHD/ADD, Grief/loss/bereavement, and Self-esteem. I am an NIHB provider and a victim services provider.
I offer in person (Prince Albert and Saskatoon) and video appointments.

I am here to help you find the strength within needed to make positive, lasting changes in your life. As a yoga teacher and counsellor, I utilize a number of mind-body approaches as well as traditional counselling approaches.
