I work with all ages, although I have a special interest working with children 0-10 and parents. I also have interest in working with postpartum mothers. I have 14+ years of experience working with children/adolescents/families. I am an NIHB provider and a victim services provider.
I also offer clinical supervision and consultation.
I believe that we are all capable of growing through difficult times if we put the time and effort in to do so. I am here to help you find the strength within needed to make positive, lasting changes in your life. As a yoga teacher and counsellor, I utilize a number of mind-body approaches as well as traditional counselling approaches.
