Welcome! I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and the owner of Birchwell Psychotherapy & Counselling. I work with clients in-person in Orillia, ON and virtual clients throughout Ontario, Canada. I provide individual therapy to teens and adults (ages 16+). Whether you’re dealing with feelings of anxiety, depression, disconnection in relationships, low self-esteem, a lack of motivation, or are “burnt out” by life’s challenges and stressors – I want to meet you wherever you’re at and I am open to your unique experience!
I provide a warm and comfortable space for clients to engage with their uncomfortable thoughts and emotions safely. I use a flexible and adaptable approach to deeply consider a person’s past and uncover hidden patterns to help contextualize the present and move towards the future.
