I provide a warm, authentic, non-judgmental, empathetic, and compassionate space to help support and guide you during challenging times. While I work with a wide range of concerns, I specialize in working with people struggling with anxiety, OCD, stress management, and university/college students.
Together, we will collaboratively come up with a plan that will help you address your goals, work through difficult circumstances, and build skills to help you to live a more meaningful life to you.
