Is your previous trauma impacting your ability to be at peace with yourself? Are you struggling in new relationships due to previous trauma? I am passionate about helping survivors of narcissistic abuse and sex trafficking shine with their resiliency by providing trauma-focused approaches to healing. Is your child or adolescent struggling with their sexual and/or gender identity? I also provide an affirmative, non-judgmental, and open environment for youth to explore issues related to transitions and pilot their journey towards authenticity.
I specialize in working with 2SLGBTQ+ adolescents, survivors of abuse, and couples (including 2SLGBTQ+ couples, blended families, partners struggling with substance abuse, and premarital counseling).
I have an intersectional feminist understanding of the various forms of oppression, the depths of inequalities, and the relationships between them. I incorporate this understanding into my work while approaching therapy from a trauma-informed and client-centered lens. I also often incorporate meditation into my sessions.
