My name is Kathy Neegan, owner of Neegan Miikana Psychotherapy, which means "The Road Ahead" or "Journey Forward." This name embodies the spirit of the work that I offer-Supporting healing as a process of reconnection, growth, and empowerment. I believe that healing begins when we stand in the "Here and Now", meeting ourselves with presence and compassion. Rather than erasing our pasts or fearing the future, we create space to reconnect with our truth and resilience. My practice offers grounded pathways where healing can take root and flourish.
I help women, men and families who have experienced interpersonal violence, trauma and disconnection rebuild safety, trust & self-compassion. Together, we create a supportive space to explore emotions, strengthen boundaries and develop tools of resilience and empowerment. My goal is to help you reconnect with your authentic self and move forward.
Reaching out for support takes courage, and I honor that first step. Whether you are beginning your healing journey or continuing it, I will walk along side you with compassion, curiosity and respect. I invite you to reach out when you feel ready to begin.
