Hey there! As a therapist, I’m here to support you through challenges and help you move toward meaningful change. I often find myself working with individuals who are navigating a variety of difficulties, such as anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, depression, ADHD, and interpersonal conflicts. I know how overwhelming these struggles can feel. My goal is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted, so that you can build resilience, adjust to life’s changes, and reconnect with your sense of worth and grow.
Over the years, I’ve worked in many different roles - supporting children, youth, university students, and adults - both here at home and internationally. These experiences have allowed me to practice with a lens that is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, meaning I take the time to listen and understand your unique story and experiences.
Using an integrative approach, I acknowledge the impacts of life experiences while also valuing goal setting to move forward in a positive, authentic way.
