As a Certified Canadian Counsellor (CCC), I am dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-growth. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Memorial University and a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology from the University of Lethbridge. My professional journey has taken me through diverse roles, including working with various non-profits internationally, counselling university students, Child and Youth Care and Educational Assistant.
In my counselling practice, I specialize in working with adults (18+) struggling with anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, depression and ADHD. My aim is to support you in building emotional resilience, adapt to major life changes, enhance personal growth and discover self-worth.
I believe in the power of a trauma-informed, cross-cultural approach, where clients are seen and heard in their unique life journeys. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their strengths, confront their challenges, and work toward meaningful change.
