I help adult menopausal (peri- and post-, too) women regain their centers and joy in life as they struggle with menopause symptoms and feeling like their bodies are no longer their friends. I use counselling and clinical hypnotherapy to help them manage their symptoms and reconnect with what helped them feel vital when they were younger!
