Trauma is anything that leaves you feeling overwhelmed, unsafe, or powerless. It can affect how you feel about yourself, your body, and your relationships, even long after the event has passed. Death of a loved one, challenging relationships, infertility, pregnancy loss, systemic oppression, illness or even childhood wounds can leave you feeling anxious or disconnected. Perhaps you feel hurt, low, discouraged, have difficulty staying present, or are struggling with low self-worth. I am here to support you.

My therapeutic orientation is AEDP, incorporating concepts from mindfulness-based, body-based, and internal parts work theories. I have advanced education and experience in trauma, grief and perinatal mental health (infertility, pregnancy loss, pregnancy, birth trauma, postpartum).

I care a lot about making you feel comfortable, safe, and connected with me as we work together. I prioritize showing up authentically so you can feel free to do the same.
