I support high-achieving adults navigating trauma and the weight of always being the strong one. Maybe you’ve been functioning on the outside, but inside the ongoing stress never stops and that exhaustion is catching up and impacting your day to day life and relationships.
For many people I work with, especially those with military or service backgrounds, strength was expected. Emotions were pushed aside. High stress or pressure was a daily reality.
If you’re craving relief and a way to feel like yourself again, therapy with me can be an opportunity to slow down, address the stress and challenges in your life, and feel good again.
I offer a calm, supportive space where we make sense of what you’ve been carrying, work through what’s been keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with yourself again. With 17+ years of military service, supporting individuals impacted by sexual trauma, workplace betrayal, life transitions, anxiety, and loss is deeply personal and important work to me.
I use a variety of approaches such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive-based approaches, and EMDR, tailoring each session to your needs. My goal is to offer you a space that feels safe, steady, and non-judgmental, where you don’t have to be the strong one, perform, explain everything perfectly, or carry things alone anymore. I'm right there with you.
