Whether you are dealing with stress, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I would be happy to work with you to identify the goals and concerns you would like to address. I offer a warm and supportive environment as l walk alongside your journey. I will bring forth my doctorate clinical training and experience, collaboratively work with you, and embrace your unique individuality to tailor a treatment plan based on your needs.
I provide trauma-informed psychotherapy. I use approaches including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Psychodynamic informed therapy. In addition, I have extensive experience working with first responders including Police, Paramedics, and Firefighters.
I obtained my Doctor of Counselling and Psychotherapy degree from Yorkville University. Prior to that, I obtained my Honours BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa followed by a MA in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I am a member in good standing with CRPO.
