I’m a Registered Psychotherapist and Canadian Certified Counsellor and have over 10 years of experience as a counsellor and psychotherapist. I work with adults (18+) who are experiencing stress, anxiety, burnout, and/or experiencing significant life transitions (eg. school to work, work to retirement, new parents, empty nesters, relocation, etc.). Transitions in life can be some of the most challenging times, when our direction, support systems, and needs evolve. While I work with all adults, I do have particular experience supporting post-secondary students, having worked with university students for ten years.
I use a variety of therapeutic modalities based on your previous experiences and current needs. I use a strength-based, trauma-informed approach, empowering you to know and learn more about yourself. I work with a group of practitioners at Psychological and Counselling Services Group.
