My approach is down-to-earth, warm, and non-judgmental. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are without pressure. I deeply respect your lived experience and your capacity to heal.
I support youth, young adults, and adults through both individual and group work. I work with men, women, and gender-diverse individuals with an inclusive, trauma-informed approach. Among the many areas I’ve supported, I can help with grief, loss, anxiety, self-esteem, identity, caregiving, burnout, relationships, parenting & life transitions.
I have 30 years of experience in mental health across sectors: non-profits, community, hospitals, schools, social services in Montréal, Toronto, Halifax, Peterborough. I bring a depth of knowledge in evidence-based psychotherapies. In addition to traditional talk therapy, I offer pathways for healing through the body (somatic) and the natural world.

Free Group & Dinner Provided. This group is for older teens grieving the death of someone they were very close to; whether grieving the death of a parent, sibling, friend, or another family member. Grief can feel confusing, overwhelming and lonely. Together, we can create space for all of this — to name what you’re going through, to ease the weight where we can, and to walk with your grief in a way that honours both your loss and your own pace.
