CBT is used to help with anxiety, depression, trauma and various other mental health needs.
Youngsters are counselled for stress management, self-esteem, bullying, anger and school avoidance. From anxiety to self-harm to suicidal ideation, I have helped a tremendous number of young people navigate their storms in life.
