Have you ever heard the expression “you cannot pour from an empty glass”? Makes sense, right? But how do we fill our own glass? The truth is, there is no one size fits all answer. This is where I can help! I am passionately committed to leading with empathy and kindness, providing all individuals with a safe and non-judgmental space to explore the root of their concerns and find power amongst perceived barriers. Together we can collaboratively set and reach goals that encourage positive changes, allowing you to fill your own glass so you can be authentically present for those you love; most importantly yourself.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed approaches, I aim to provide a safe space for all persons. I particularly specialize in supporting individuals living with trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders, in addition to being a passionate advocate for the queer community.
Are you ready to start the journey? Let's do it together! Currently, I can accommodate sessions in person, or virtually and would love to meet you. As an Associate Therapist, I offer quality, supervised care that is catered to your unique needs. I am excited to further discuss how we can work together to fill your glass!
