I founded Foothills Family Counselling with the mission to provide supportive services to Individuals, Couples and Families that are practical and targeted so you are getting just what you need. If you or your family are facing challenges I'm here to help you learn respectful strategies to build trust and communication while holding each other accountable for hurtful behavior. I am trained in Functional Family Therapy, the Gottman Method for couples and the Satir Model among other modalities. These perspectives offer respectful assessment of Individual, Couple and Family needs as well as experientially based interventions that target multiple layers of Family and Self so you can strengthen the relationships you want to nurture.
