I work with individuals newly diagnosed with ADHD, helping them gain a deeper understanding of themselves. While ADHD can be challenging, I believe the core issue often lies in the lack of clear, accessible information designed to empower individuals to engage with the world effectively. This missing piece can hinder their ability to connect the dots for a more fulfilling and aligned life. If you are new to having ADHD, you might feel anxious about what this diagnosis means or sad about not receiving this information sooner. Life can be overwhelming without the right skills, strategies, and support. Common concerns I address
include persistent feelings of guilt, shame, and worthlessness, as well as rejection sensitivity, anxiety, and depression. I also help clients navigate challenges like procrastination, task initiation, time management, emotional dysregulation, and relationship issues such as building lasting connections, setting boundaries, and effective communication.
I use a neurodiversity-affirming approach that fosters exploration of your unique experiences without judgment. Together, we’ll work toward greater harmony and clarity in your life. You can book a free consultation call through my link to discuss the life you envision and I’ll address any questions about my approach and our potential work together.
