I offer individual and relationship counselling for adults who identify as Autistic or ADHD. Many of the people I work with are just beginning to explore what being neurodivergent means for them. They’re looking to better understand themselves and how they navigate the world. Living with ADHD or Autism can come with real challenges—but one of the hardest parts is often the lack of clear, empowering information. Without it, it’s tough to find the tools needed to build a life that truly fits. If you're just beginning to learn about ADHD or Autism, you might feel unsure about what it all means.
Without support and helpful strategies, life can feel confusing and overwhelming. I believe everyone deserves the chance to understand themselves with kindness and self-acceptance. Some of the common things I help clients with include: chronic guilt or shame, social anxiety, sensitivity to rejection, perfectionism, self-criticism, executive functioning,
As well as difficulty managing big emotions, and relational concerns such as boundaries and effective communication. I offer neurodiversity-affirming support using a strengths-based, compassionate approach. Together, we’ll work toward more balance, self-understanding, and ease. Visit my website to book a free, low-pressure chat.

My approach is anti-oppressive and neurodiversity-affirming. I don't see clients as "problems to fix." Instead, I use a blend of neurodivergent-informed DBT, ACT, and light coaching to help people better understand themselves and shift how they interact with their environments and stressors.
