I am a registered psychotherapist (Qualifying) currently completing my practicum with Nurtured Minds Wellness. I take a holistic psycho-dynamic approach, incorporating narrative and DBT principles to understand my client's unique story and the dynamics at play.
I am trained and certified in DBT Therapy, and build skills such as distress tolerance, problem solving, stress management, and goal setting balances with support to develop coping skills such as Emotional regulation and applying Wise Mind perspective; building skill and awareness to navigate life's challenges and seek balance and peace in every journey.
