I’m a registered social worker with a deep passion for clinical practice and frontline work. I believe healing and growth happens through connection and story. Life can be complex, messy, and beautifully imperfect, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are at. Using a variety of approaches, I will offer interventions that are both compassionate and practical.
My practice is grounded in curiosity, non-judgment, and humour. I use Schema Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide a unique and eclectic approach. I also weave in elements from narrative therapy, somatic therapy, and mindfulness.
