You might feel as though you are living in a world that was not built for you. You might feel things deeply or struggle with self-compassion. You may be looking for a someone who appreciates that your anxiety might show up in therapy. If you relate to any of this, I might be the right person to support you. I spend the time building a connection with each person on their own terms and I'm willing to step into your world. I have a casual, conversational style and show up as my authentic self so you feel comfortable to do so too. I work with a diverse range of people, but am particularly experienced working with ADHDers & autistics.
I have a flexible approach and aim to integrate therapeutic modalities that fit the person in front of me. You are more than what you are struggling with, so we will also utilize the strengths you already have. I am trauma-informed and believe the therapeutic relationship we form is one of our most valuable tools.
I have a lived experience of neurodivergence. Cultural humility and honouring diversity are core values in my work. Feeling safe in therapy is important so I offer free 15-min consultations so we can meet before you commit to starting therapy. Consultations can be booked through my online booking link, found by clicking the 'My Website' button.
