It can be overwhelming to just get the therapy process started, so let me congratulate you on taking the first step. Feeling safe enough to open up is essential for therapy so I work hard to create a space that is welcoming and non-judgmental. Many of my clients are on a journey of self-exploration and increasing their self-awareness. I also help with issues such as anxiety, depression, stress-management, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I have significant experience working with university students and clients with ADHD. I am person-centered with a flexible approach that focuses on your strengths.
I love working with ADHD/autistic clients! I'd love to help you better understand yourself if you have just been diagnosed or self-identified! As an ADHDer myself, I work from a neurodiversity affirming lens and believe we deserve to experience self-acceptance despite living in a world that is not built for us.
I am also dedicated to a life long journey of anti-racism and supporting my LGBTQIA2S+ community. Whether you have had a bad experience in therapy or are just nervous to start, I offer a free 15 minute no obligation consult so you can see if I am a good fit! Click the 'My Website' button for more about me and my booking links! Please email with questions!
