About
I am a warm and compassionate registered psychotherapist in the field of couple, individual, and family therapy. I work from an evidence-based yet creative and intuitive stance. I am an insightful and hard-working therapist. I work compassionately yet diligently to ensure I am a strong force in us identifying together, what changes and methods of change are necessary in order to find the healing you hope for. I look forward to welcoming you or those in your life to my practice.
I completed my Masters of Science in the multicultural and systemic Couple and Family Therapy program at the University of Guelph. I also hold a Bachelor of Applied Science honors in Psychology and in Family Relations and Human Development. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Dialogic therapies.
I hold a special interest in Anxiety, Women's issues, Jealousy, Depression, Addictions, and Family Conflict. I am known by my clients to be easy to talk to and not judgmental. I offer free telephone consultations. I offer reduced fees for Women of Colour where finances pose a barrier to accessing therapy.
