Hello, my name is Kassie. I am a Registered Psychotherapist and a Canadian Certified Counsellor. I specialize in assisting clients who may feel lost, burned out, overwhelmed by life, consumed by grief, navigating adverse childhood experiences, impacted by thoughts and feelings around suicide, or struggling with feelings of comparison to others or with where they thought they would be in life. I believe that change is possible, and creating a space where individuals feel heard and seen is invaluable in this process. I strive to provide a comfortable and non-judgmental environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
An area I hold very close is working with those in helping professions who may be unsure where to turn for support. This includes therapists, teachers and frontline workers who may be experiencing burnout, emotional exhaustion, a decreased sense of accomplishment, disconnection, or struggling with unmet expectations in their personal and professional lives.
