Hi there! I'm Kasandra. I work primarily with youth, individuals, parents/couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or disconnected. Many clients come to me wanting help navigating big emotions, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, self-identity, and behavioural or relational challenges. I also work closely with parents who are doing their best but feel unsure how to respond, exhausted by ongoing cycles, or struggling to stay connected with their child or each other. We work through communication breakdowns, emotional distance, parenting stress, or repeated conflict cycles, while rebuilding trust, teamwork, and closeness.
I also support individuals impacted by trauma and those experiencing personality-related diagnosis that affect relationships, emotional regulation, and self-awareness. The focus is on building insight, emotional awareness, and more stable ways of coping and connecting.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that every individual and family can grow and reconnect. We all carry experiences that shape how we cope today. At the core, my clients want more than symptom relief. They want clarity, connection, and real change. To feel understood, and to understand themselves.
