I am a therapist dedicated to supporting women and adolescents as they navigate emotional dysregulation, chronic stress, anxiety, depression, and the behavioural challenges that often accompany these experiences. I believe that many struggles are rooted in overwhelming life experiences, unmet emotional needs, and patterns that developed as ways of coping. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore these challenges.
Through our work together, I help clients develop practical tools for emotional regulation while strengthening resilience and self-compassion.
