I will utilize an integration of evidence-based practices utilizing Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution and Strength Based approaches as well as others that may be appropriate to meet your needs from an anti-oppressive trauma informed lens.
