I speak FRENCH - clients I work with have survived traumatic experiences often from childhood and are now ready to begin the work of healing. They may be struggling with symptoms of PTSD, C-PTSD, DID, dissociation and often feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. They may have difficulty trusting others, regulating emotions, or making sense of their past. Many of my clients have experienced Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), such as emotional neglect, abuse, or family dysfunction. Some may be survivors of sexual assault, emotional abuse, or interpersonal violence, and carry a deep sense of shame
As a Certified EMDR therapist and trauma specialist, I help clients process trauma, anxiety, and dissociation at their own pace. I offer bilingual therapy in French and English, providing a safe, compassionate space to heal from PTSD, Complex PTSD, abuse, and childhood trauma.
