My primary approach is relational therapy that emphasizes understanding the complexity of relationships and enhances the development of relational awareness. I holistically work with mind, emotions and body using mindfulness, mentalization based therapy and somatic therapy. I practice from an anti-racist, anti-oppressive, trauma-informed framework.
