Whether it’s emotional outbursts, difficulty making friends, separation anxiety, or big transitions, I support children ages 4+ and their families through evidence-based, play-informed therapy that meets kids where they are. My goal is to help your child feel seen, heard, and safe while developing lifelong tools for emotional regulation and self-confidence. I’m a Provisional Psychologist registered with the College of Alberta Psychologists and offer trauma-informed, client-centered care for children and youth.
I pull from a range of modalities, including play therapy, CBT, DBT skills, and narrative-based interventions — while always letting the child’s needs guide the pace and structure of sessions. I also collaborate closely with caregivers, offering tools, insight, and gentle support along the way.
I know how overwhelming it can feel when your child is struggling. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I’m here to create a safe space where children can thrive and parents feel supported too. I currently see clients in-person in Edmonton, AB and area (ages 4+) and offer weekday, and limited evenings and Saturdays. I offer a free 15 minute consult!
