I provide a customized approach for each client, beginning with an understanding of your current situation and the challenges you are experiencing. By collaborating with both parents and clients, I facilitate a practical plan to support your progress. I offer flexible appointments, available in person or virtually, to accommodate your busy schedule.
I believe that every child and teenager aspires to do their best. Often, all it takes is new skills, a listening ear, and offering a space for authenticity. My approach begins with a consultation with parents, followed by a meeting with your child or teen. From there, we focus on developing regulation and promoting overall well-being.
